Region Skåne operates in many locations. All our hospitals provide care to patients in several different medical specialties. Skåne University Hospital is the third largest in Sweden and offers highly specialized care in Malmö and Lund. In Helsingborg, Kristianstad, and Ystad, there are acute hospitals with maternity care. Local hospitals can be found in Hässleholm, Landskrona, Trelleborg, and Ängelholm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a student medical secretary with us, you will have a varied job with competent and engaged colleagues who will help you get into the work. The tasks vary depending on the operation, but what is common is that you will work with administrative tasks and support your colleagues by writing simpler dictations.

We are looking for student medical secretaries in many different areas within our organization, so you can indicate which area and location you would like to work in. Your preferences will be taken into account in matching with our operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a completed high school education or equivalent and has finished and passed at least the second or third term of Health and Medical Administration 80p (KY)/400p (YH) or equivalent medical secretary training. You also have good language skills in Swedish. We view previous work experience as an administrator in healthcare positively.

It is important for us that you focus on the best interests of the patient and that you enjoy varied tasks.
